Q. How much does a website cost?

Q. I found several other web design agencies, why should I choose Bespoke Internet Solutions?

Q. How do I get my website listed 1st on major search engines?
A. Nobody can guarantee to get you listed 1st on Google because not everybody can come top. However, there are many legitimate techniques that we can use to improve your position in the search engine results and here at Bespoke Internet Solutions we combine all these techniques to give you the best chance of a top position. They are not 'tricks' - just ways of making it really obvious to the search engines what your website is about.
Q. My business is not based in Birmingham. Can you still work with us?
A. You will be surprised if we say that we haven’t even met some of our clients face to face. We have customers from London, Leicester, Coventry and other places throughout the UK. Thanks to the advances in the IT field, particularly the Internet, communicating with our clients has never been so easy. Ideally, we would prefer meeting with our clients in person to discuss and get a greater understanding of their needs. However, we can work just as efficiently through emails and on the phone if it’s easier for you and both sides can benefit in terms of time and transport.
Q. Do I need to buy a domain name and/or web hosting as well if I buy your web design service from you?
A. All our website packages include 1 year domain name registration and web hosting unless it is specifically agreed otherwise between two parties.
Q. I already have a domain name. Can I use it for the website you are building for me?
A. Yes, you can. All you need to do is to change so called “nameservers” of your domain name to point it to our web hosting server. Or if you don’t understand or know how to do it we can help you. Just provide us with login details of your registered domain name and we will do it for you.
